About this lesson
Reflecting decades of work, Herman students Anna Racicot and Gabrielle Herbertson organized, edited and compiled two books containing hundreds of Herman’s lessons. The books, Earth Journey I and Earth Journey II, are the source of most of the weekly lessons published on this site.
Each of the books contains more than 100 photos of Herman’s paintings, an introduction detailing the history and suggested use of the lessons, and an appendix that contains additional information about the communities practices.
Both books are available for sale through the Earth Journey organization’s online store.
A Herman Rednick Lesson
When you enter the white path consciously and face the holy mountain, immediately all the negative factors are stirred to activity. They had a good home in your body and do not want to move. Thus the struggle starts and your life becomes more difficult. This is a very crucial period for most students. They think, “Why walk the path when everything in my life is worse?” This is the time to intensify your thrust so that your dark baggage can be dropped. If you persist you will move into an area of light and freedom.
